Thirty years ago, I left a comfortable corporate career to follow an inner calling—and I haven’t looked back. Since then, I’ve built and led four businesses centred around one of the most powerful forces in business: aligned purpose-driven teams.

Along the way, I scaled one of those businesses to multi-7 figures with a team of 25, eventually selling it to step into a new chapter of my own evolution. Entrepreneurship has been my soul’s canvas—equal parts creativity, challenge, and profound fulfillment.

I’ve worked with hundreds of visionary business owners to design their “perfect for them” dream teams—teams that not only support the business but amplify its mission. Whether it’s hiring, job design, compensation strategy, or team performance, I bring practical strategy backed by post-graduate studies in Behavioural Psychology, Change Management, and Human Resources.

My own spiritual awakening (which coincided with my first leap into entrepreneurship) opened the door to certifications in energy-based modalities—Reiki, Law of Attraction Coaching, Kundalini Yoga, and more. That journey taught me that true alignment comes when strategy and soul move in harmony. I bring that spiritual lens—and a deep understanding of the inner game—into every client partnership.
